Orders are shipped within 3 working days using Royal Mail / Parcelforce. UK orders take 2-3 working days to arrive after being shipped. International orders take 10-14 working days to be received by the customer AFTER the item has been shipped.

We do not use tracking, insurance, or proof of postage unless specifically requested by the customer for additional cost.

We package all of our orders very carefully, however we are not responsible for loss or damage of the package. Nor are we responsible for orders that are seized by your own countries Customs.
